Patricia Callahan

Emeritus Board Member

Patricia Callahan is an Air Force brat who grew up moving around the United States and Europe. She studied science at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and at the University of Missouri in Columbia. After working in health care in Kansas City and Atlanta, she moved to Utah and earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the David Eccles School of Business

In her professional business career, Patricia spent several years in sales and marketing for an international hospital supply corporation. She then moved to NYC to work in banking on Wall Street, where she also became an active consumer of the arts. She later returned to the Wasatch Front to work in hospital administration and in economic planning and consulting, including a stint on the engineering team that advised UTA in building the TRAX light rail system.

Patricia has been a volunteer in the non-profit sector for more than 20 years. She recently completed 3-year terms on both the University of Utah Alumni Association Board as well as the Alta Club Board of Directors, where she continues to serve on their Finance and House Committees. She has served on the Utah Arts Festival Board for 15 years, currently as Chairperson.
